The Geelong Botanic Gardens can be booked for wedding ceremonies, special occasions and public events.
As we only book one ceremony or public event in the gardens at a time, please contact us to check availability on your chosen day.
For weddings and special occasions
Please note: It will take 10 working days for us to process a booking for weddings and special occasions, so please allow sufficient planning time for this process.
When you contact us, we will need to know the following information:
- the date and time of your planned event
- your preferred lawn area
- your name, address and contact number.

For public events
To organise a public event, you must apply for a permit through Events Geelong. The time it takes to organise will vary depending on the size and complexity of your event. Please allow for this in your planning.
