In order to achieve compliance, we ask for your patience. It's very important to note that bookings are important, that we may ask you to change details on your request, that it will take longer for us to get back to you with a confirmation, and that we cannot hire or lend out balls or any other sports equipment.

Every person entering the venue will be asked to check in using the QR Code at the entry of the venue.

Indoor recreation

Current restrictions mean that there can be a maximum of 20 people permitted for each group, session, class, or sport. There is also an overarching cap on how many people can enter the building at one time. – so booking ahead is very important.

When completing the online booking request form, please include your preferred time between these hours, as well as the name, phone number, and postcode of everyone you plan on bringing.

Outdoor recreation

Current restrictions mean that there can be a maximum of 50 people permitted for each group, session, class, or sport. There is also an overarching cap on how many people can be inside the outdoor recreation facility. - so booking ahead is very important.

When completing the online booking request form, please include your preferred time between these hours, as well as the name, phone number, and postcode of everyone you plan on bringing.

Casual usage

We are currently not accepting walk-up casual bookings.

Please follow the steps below for casual booking:

• bookings must be submitted through Leisuretime’s online booking form
• bookings can be no longer than one hour in duration
• please state the number of people attending your casual booking; there can be no more than 10 people per casual booking; full names and contact numbers of participants must be listed on the booking form
• no ball or equipment hire is available.

Casual booking requests are not confirmed until email confirmation is provided by venue management and are subject to availability.

Organised group bookings

We are now accepting booking requests from incorporated groups, clubs and associations for the following spaces:

• Beggs Stadium
• Branch Stadium
• Multipurpose Room
• Outdoor:
• synthetic pitch
• netball courts
• Street Soccer courts. 

All user groups at the Precinct are required to complete a COVID-Safe Questionnaire which will be assessed by a panel prior to any bookings being approved. If you require the Questionnaire template, please email [email protected].

For groups that have had a COVID-Safe Questionnaire approved, please submit a booking request through the Leisuretime website. Venue management will confirm your booking upon approval of your request. Please provide as much information as possible (group size, coach/team manager details etc) in your booking request, this will greatly assist us in the handling of group bookings.
