WCIG

WCIG

WCIG is a community based not-for-profit organisation committed to improving lives. WCIG works with participants, employers and the community to support young people to reach their life, learning and employment aspirations.

Our Transition to Work (TtW) service uses a coaching model to collaborate with young people 15-24 years in a journey of self-discovery. WCIG together with our local employers and community, support our TtW participants with practical skills to gain employment and / or connect with education or training.

WCIG’s expertise in the Barwon labour market means we work with employers in identifying industry and business needs to create tailored recruitment solutions.
