The Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria (DSCV) provides a range of free, confidential dispute resolution services.
DSCV can help you resolve all sorts of disputes, including:
- common neighbourhood disputes involving fences, trees, animals, noise and drainage
- difficult or anti-social behaviour
- workplace disputes
- disputes within committees, clubs or associations
- matters referred by a Magistrate, Registrar or the Police.
Experienced DSCV staff can listen to your concerns, help you clarify your issues, answer your questions and work with you to provide options and strategies for resolving your dispute.
