The Livewell Program caters for all members over 55 years old to participate in a specialised strength and wellbeing program.
The program offers supervised gym sessions in a group environment with a Livewell trainer.
Some exercises can be tailored to assist common health alignments such heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, MS, parkinson's disease and much more.
