The amendment proposes to rezone land at 76-156, 95, 99 & 101-145 Canterbury Road East, Lara and 705-775 & 785-805 Princes Highway, Lara, from Farming Zone to General Residential Zone Schedule 1 and also apply a Development Plan Overlay.
We are seeking initial
comments from referral authorities on a planning scheme amendment application.
The proposed amendment
affects land at 76-156, 95, 99 & 101-145 Canterbury Road East, Lara and 705-775 & 785-805 Princes Highway, Lara. The proposal is to rezone the land from Farming Zone to General Residential Zone Schedule 1 and apply a Development Plan Overlay to the land. A copy of the application

We would appreciate
comments on the proposal and, if a planning permit is included, any draft
permit conditions. Please provide
comments within 28 days directly through the website which also allows a letter
or other documents to be uploaded.
Note to Wadawurrung Aboriginal Corp - a preliminary cultural heritage
assessment is in preparation and will be referred to you in a few weeks time, need to to respond until that work is provided.
