The amendment proposes to rezone the land at 672-690 & 692-700 Portarlington Road, Leopold, from Farming Zone to General Residential Zone Schedule 1.
Council has prepared
Amendment C441 to the planning scheme and it is currently on public exhibition.
Submissions can be made online using the form below.
The amendment proposes to rezone the land from
a Farming Zone (FZ) to a General Residential Zone (GRZ1) in accordance with the
Leopold Structure Plan at Clause 21.14-9 of the Greater Geelong Planning
Scheme. The land being rezoned is proposed to
be applied with a Design and Development Overlay. An Environmental Audit Overlay is also
proposed to be applied to 692-700 Portarlington Road, Leopold.
The decision to prepare
and exhibit the Amendment was made by a delegated Council officer. A report on the proposal and the Council
