The Amendment amends Schedule 9 to Clause 37.01-4 Special Use Zone – Correctional Programs Centre at Lara by replacing the wording at sub clause 4.0 Buildings and Works “must comply with a Correctional Facility Development Plan” with the wording “must be generally in accordance with a Correctional Facility Development Plan”, and also changes the signage category from Category 3 to Category 2.
