The Amendment was adopted
by Council on 22 February 2022 and sent to the Minister for Planning for approval on 28 February 2022.

An Independent Panel was appointed to review
submissions. It conducted a Panel Hearing on the 21 October 2021. The Panel has provided its report to Council
