The Amendment was adopted by Council on 22 February 2022 and sent to the Minister for Planning for approval on 28 February 2022.

An Independent Panel was appointed to review submissions. It conducted a Panel Hearing on the 21 October 2021.  The Panel has provided its report to Council and a copy is provided below under “Panel Hearing Documents”.  A copy of the timetable for the Panel Hearing and copies of Expert Witness Statements are posted below under “Panel Hearing Documents”.

Council considered a report on the submissions to this Amendment on 27 July 2021 and resolved to refer them to an Independent Panel.
