The Amendment facilitates the Barwon Heads Road (Settlement Road, Belmont to Reserve Road, Marshall) Duplication Project in accordance with the specific control contained in the Barwon Heads Road (Settlement Road, Belmont to Reserve Road, Marshall) Duplication Project Incorporated Document, October 2020 and applies the Public Acquisition Overlay (PAO16) to land required for the project.
