The Amendment was adopted
by Council on 21 September 2020 and sent to the Minister for Planning for approval on the
6 November 2020.

The amendment will enable the subdivision and
development of land for multi-unit housing by:
- Removing a restrictive covenant from 64 Princes
Highway Norlane, so as to allow the development of more than one dwelling on
the land.
The amendment is accompanied by:
- a draft planning permit for a 12 lot subdivision and
the development of 12 dwellings on 64 – 66 Princes Highway and 1 Donnelly
Avenue, Norlane (see plan on the next page).
The decision to prepare
and exhibit the Amendment was made by Council at it’s meeting on 9 April 2019. The
