Council considered the Amendment on 23rd October 2018 and resolved to split it into two parts.
The bulk of the Amendment is in Part 1 which was adopted and sent to the Minister for approval.
C376 Part 2 has been deferred pending: a) review of the listing of the Former Bachyrus Steam Shovel site at Batesford Quarry on the Victorian Heritage Register; and b) discussions with the affected landowner of the proposed extent of the revised listing of the Batesford cement elevator in the schedule to the Heritage Overlay.
