date listed above.

Council will consider an officer’s report at the 11 June
2019 meeting and will decide whether the amendment should be adopted.

The amendment was split from the main C359 amendment (which has been approved and is completed) pending removal of the site from the Victorian Heritage Register by Heritage Victoria.
When the VHR registration is resolved the C359 Part 2 will be submitted to Council for adoption.

The amendment proposes to delete the heritage overlay (HO741) from the former ropewalk at 9 Scarlett Street Geelong West.
