The Amendment was adopted by Council on 29 January 2019 and sent to the Minister for Planning for approval in February 2019.

The Amendment applies to a 3.2 hectare portion of the land at 65 Creamery Road Bell Post Hill and is concurrent with a draft Planning Permit that applies to the land at 65 and 105 Creamery Road.

The Amendment proposes to rezone that portion of 65 Creamery Road to the Special Use Zone Schedule 15 to provide for the future expansion of Covenant College. The Permit will allow subdivision and consolidation of the land.

The decision to prepare and exhibit the Amendment was made by a delegated Council Officer. A report on the proposal and the Council delegate's resolution can be found below under 'Supporting Documents'.
