The Amendment inserts a new Schedule 6 to Clause 42.01 Environmental Significance Overlay (ESO6) and applies the Environmental Significance Overlay Schedule 6 to the Warrenbeen Court area and identified Farming Zoned land north of Taits Road, Barwon Heads, on an interim basis until 30 June 2019.
