Council has prepared Amendment C353 to the planning scheme which has now completed exhibition.
The land affected by
the amendment is Beckley Park, 40 Broderick Road, Corio.
The
amendment is required to facilitate the display of promotional signage at Beckley
Park, which would otherwise be prohibited under the advertising controls of
Clause 52.05. The amendment
proposes to change the Special Use Zone Schedule 4 to enable a permit to be
sought for major promotional signs at Beckley Park.
