The Amendment proposes to rezone land on Barrabool Road and Cityview Drive, Wandana Heights to General Residential Zone – Schedule 1 and to a apply a Development Plan Overlay.

The Amendment is combined with a planning permit application for the subdivision of 335 Barrabool Road and 41-63, 65 and 67 Cityview Drive into 186 residential lots.
