Council considered an officer's report at the meeting on 22 November 2016 and adopted the Amendment.

An Independent Panel was appointed to review submissions.  It conducted a Panel Hearing on 11th August 2016.

Council (under delegation) considered a report on the submissions to this Amendment on 29 June 2016.  Council resolved to split the amendment and refer the submission relating to Mainsail Drive, St Leonards (C328 Part 2) to an Independent Panel.

C328 Part 1 relates to the Staughton Vale, Anakie and Lovely Banks sites and will be put to Council for adoption at a future Council meeting.

2395 Ballan Road, Anakie
600 Anakie Road, Lovely Banks
38-42 Mainsail Drive and 124 Pearl Bay Passage, St Leonards

The draft Planning Permits for subdivision relate to:

600 and 602 Anakie Road, Lovely Banks
38-42 Mainsail Drive, St Leonards
