At its meeting on 15 March 2016, Council having considered all submission to Amendment C262 to the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme, resolved to ABANDON the Amendment.

Council has prepared
Amendment C262 to the planning scheme. The amendment proposes to apply the Public Aquisition Overlay (Proposed Public Open Space) to the land at 28 Malop Street Geelong.
The amendment is required the secure the land to enable the delivery of a key pedestrian laneway connection in Central Geelong.
