The Amendment proposes to rezone land in four locations, in Bell Post Hill, North Geelong, Newcomb and Point Lonsdale, from General Residential Zone – Schedule 1 (GRZ1) to General Residential Zone – Schedule 2 (GRZ 2). These areas were identified as garden character areas in the City’s Incremental Change Area Review 2015, adopted by Council on 28 April 2015.
