The amendment rezones land at Connections Park, Corio, in accordance with the directions of the Corio Norlane Structure Plan July 2012. The amendment also applies a design and development control to the land being rezoned and to the former Rosewall Primary School site.
The amendment will:
• Rezone a strip of land at Connections Park, Corio, from the Public Park and Recreation Zone to the General Residential Zone Schedule 1; and
• Apply a Design and Development Overlay Schedule 35 to all the land being rezoned and to the former Rosewall Primary School site at 26-34 Sharland Road, Corio.
