The City of Greater Geelong Council has prepared Amendment C306 to the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme.

The amendment applies to land in the Curletts Road area, Lara.

The amendment proposes to rezone the affected land from Rural Living Zone to Low Density Residential Zone and apply a Design and Development Overlay to the land being rezoned.
