The City of Greater Geelong Council has prepared Amendment C312 to the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme.

The amendment applies to all the land within the St Leonards Structure Plan Study Area.

The amendment proposes to replace Clause 21.14 The Bellarine Peninsula with an updated clause that will include the land use directions and policies identified in the adopted St Leonards Structure Plan February 2014.
