Planning Scheme Amendments C165 to the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme and C22 to the Borough of Queenscliffe Planning Scheme seek to implement the adopted Point Lonsdale Structure Plan into the Local Planning Policy Framework of the respective schemes.
The Minister for Planning is the planning authority for this amendment and has also prepared the amendment.

The amendment was on exhibition from the 19th November 2010 to the 31st January 2011. The Submission period has now closed.
A Panel appointed by the Minister for Planning to hear submissions held its hearings at Queenscliff on the 21st - 23rd June 2012.
